Foundation for Quality India (FQI): Introduction, Programs, Contact, and Keynotes

Introduction to FQI

FQI specializes in training laboratory professionals to understand and implement strict quality controls. To date, FQI has trained more than 25,000 laboratory professionals. Their curriculum centers on managing errors and standardizing operations. This work helps clinics successfully secure National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accreditation. While rooted in India, FQI extends its footprint across several countries, including Nepal, Bangladesh, Iraq, and the UAE.

Training Programs

FQI hosts a variety of virtual and on-site certificate courses every month. These courses target pathologists, biochemists, microbiologists, technologists, and hospital administrators.

  • ISO 15189:2022 Lead Auditor Training: A comprehensive 4-day international program designed for medical doctors to master laboratory requirements, documentation, and audits.
  • ISO 15189 Transition Certificate Programs: Shorter 2-day programs helping previously certified teams upgrade to the current 2022 standard.
  • Continuous Medical Education (CME): Specialist sessions reviewing workplace safety and technical diagnostic updates.
  • Clinical Partnership Benefits: FQI partners with the Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) to offer deeply discounted international medical standards to its members.
  • Holistic Wellness Classes: Alongside clinical coursework, FQI hosts online functional health and wellness programs, including Junior and Senior level Yoga practice, Surya Namaskar, and Saptha Chakra Dhyan.

Keynotes and Focus Areas
